Shannon Gartland, MA, LPC
My StyleAs a counselor, I believe in the power of therapy to promote healing, personal growth, and emotional wellness. I value the importance of first establishing a strong relationship with you based on trust, understanding, and compassion. Through this connection, we will work together to increase your self-awareness in order to better understand your emotions and symptoms. I utilize a combination of supportive and insight-oriented approaches with the belief that you are the expert on your own life.
